Texana Cafe held its grand opening March 10. It is located at 7440 FM 359 S. in Fulshear. It specializes in serving sandwiches and salads, including roast beef sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, house salad and steak salad.
