Our Enrollment Specialist/Account Manager thrives in a fast paced work environment with shifting priorities and believes caring for our clients is their first obligation.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing new and renewal business according to bid specifications.
  • Performing tasks and functions relating to production of new and renewal business for our Employer Groups (employee benefits accounts.).
  • Preparing financial cost analysis- self funded and fully insured.
  • Providing Customer Service for members of fully insured and MEC plans.
  • Preparing proposals for client presentations.
  • Assisting in renewal/new proposals/presentations of existing clients and prospects if needed.
  • Assisting Sales in educational communication both to internal and external clients.
  • Assisting members with any and all customer service needs, including assisting members with claims filing, account maintenance, filing appeals, and any other legitimate customer services functions.
  • Applicant must believe that caring for our clients is our first obligation.
  • Assisting in updating departmental workflow procedures.
  • Working proactively with carriers to ensure proper internal/external client communication.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have a Texas Group 1 License.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering benefits.
  • Experience working with fully insured and self-funded businesses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage customer relations and provide accurate information to customers and insurance carriers.
  • Ability to identify and research problems, review materials for accuracy and to summarize information for customers.
  • Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated and accurate.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is MUST.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel.
