Beard Papa’s, a cream puff bakery, will celebrate the grand opening of its new location in The Market at Springwoods Village on April 17.

Beauty & Confidence Electrolysis officially opened April 1 at 5529 Louetta Road, Ste. A, Spring, after beginning its soft opening phase Feb. 28. Owner Angie Quiroz said she and fellow electrologist James Hilton offer a permanent hair removal process called electrolysis, which has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
James Avery Artisan Jewelry will open April 7 at 33020 FM 2978, Ste. 531, Magnolia, in Westwood Village, according to an April 1 news release. The Texas-based, family-owned retailer offers finely crafted jewelry designs for men and women in sterling silver, 14K and 18K gold, bronze and gemstones.
According to business owner Sean Hoang, Street Food Guru customers can skip the drive to Houston’s Asian district and instead get authentic dishes such as pho, banh mi sandwiches and Singapore noodles right in Tomball.
Boricua’s Bakery expanded to open its first formal storefront location at 1512 Ave. C, Katy, in early March. The bakery sells a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies and desserts.
Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta is expanding to open its first physical location at 26606 Cook Field Road, Ste. 300, Katy.
Alpine Yoga will relocate from Dallas Street to 2064 N. FM 3083, W. Ste. A, Conroe, on May 1. In addition to relocating, the studio will expand its services to offer aerial yoga and hot yoga in addition to its current offerings, which include various yoga classes, meditation, massage therapy, and life and nutrition coaching.
Sew N’ Go opened March 25 at 20131 Hwy. 59, Ste. 2184, Humble, in the Deerbrook Mall. Husband and wife Sam Altawel and Rula Chtay provide clothes alterations for men and women as well as sells men’s accessories, such as hats, wallets, cufflinks, neckties and belts.
After creating a steampunk atmosphere and brewing its own beers, Megaton Brewery’s owners said they look forward with uncertain hope.
