Cajunville, a Cajun-themed fast-casual restaurant, is planning to open Sept. 1, owner Blake Landry said. Landry said the restaurant will serve authentic Cajun food, including po’boys, boudin and cracklin.

Its menu, which includes wings, chicken tenders and Buffalo shrimp alongside sides, features 17 unique sauces, such as Wingology Inferno, mango habanero and ghost pepper.
The ice cream parlor serves a variety of Pakistani desserts—such as falooda, a cold dessert made with noodles; lassi, a yogurt-based drink; and kulfi, a frozen treat—as well as ice cream and milkshakes in a variety of flavors.
The sub shop, which was founded by firefighters, serves hot specialty subs with fresh ingredients.
According to a news release, the nonprofit chose not to hold its annual festival in 2020 due to coronavirus concerns and wanting to give space to other organizations such as Black Lives Matter.
Fajita Pete’s, which first opened in 2008, offers and delivers handmade fajitas and other Mexican cuisine.
