April 15-16: The Woodlands Children’s Museum Eggtivities event

Children are invited to take part in dyeing eggs, creating a bunny mask, and embellishing baskets or boxes at The Woodlands Children’s Museum Eggtivities event. There will be photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. 10 a.m.-2 p.m. $7. The Woodlands Children’s Museum, 4775 W. April 15-16: Buckle Down South Festival

Come out to the Buckle Down South Festival to enjoy a car show, barbecue cookoff, concerts, food trucks, vendors and children’s activities. Proceeds will benefit the Kailee Mills Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at reducing fatalities and injuries resulting from non-seat belt use. Noon-10:30 p.m. $15-$150. April 15-16: “Shakespeare in Hollywood”

Watch a play that is one part Shakespeare and one part 1930s Hollywood in this Playhouse 1960 production of “Shakespeare in Hollywood” under the direction of John Sallinger. Vaccinated attendees do not have to wear masks; however, masks are recommended for unvaccinated individuals and volunteers while indoors. April 16: Foundry Church Easter egg hunt

The Foundry Church is holding an egg hunt on the church lawn ahead of Easter. After finding the eggs, participants can enjoy a petting zoo, a bounce house and a family photo booth.
